You may also supplement your profile with age, gender, hearing preferences, health status, and other information. We use such information to optimize and personalize your experience.
Usage Data: Including sensor data, processed data, and behavioral data. Sensor data is collected by our designated Devices, such as audio perception data and usage duration perception data. Processed data refers to derived data generated by analyzing and processing sensor data. Behavioral data refers to information collected by our Devices based on your usage actions, including progress, trends, and start/end times of usage sessions. This information is collected to ensure the proper operation of our Services.
Survey, Research, and Promotional Activity Information: If you choose to participate in surveys, research, promotions, contests, or marketing activities that we conduct or sponsor, we will collect relevant information you actively provide during such participation.
Information When Contacting Us: Information you send when communicating with us, including identity or age verification documents, feedback or inquiries regarding your experience, or information related to suspected violations of the User Service Agreement or other policies.
Information When Using Forms and Features: Information you actively provide when filling out various forms within our Services. You may also authorize our Services to use your account information to auto-fill forms.
When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information about you, including network or other online activity information such as IP address, geolocation-related data, unique device identifiers, browsing and search history (including content you view in our Services), and Cookie information.
Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with our Services, including content viewed, duration and frequency of use, and personalization settings.
Technical Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including IP address, user agent, mobile carrier, time zone settings, device model, system version, network type, device identifiers, screen resolution, application and file names and types, keystroke patterns, battery status, audio settings, and connected audio devices. We also collect service-related diagnostic and performance information, including crash reports and performance logs. We automatically assign you device identifiers and user identifiers. If you log in from multiple devices, we may recognize your usage behavior across different devices through these identifiers, and we may associate your information with information collected from non-Service login devices.
Location Information: We automatically collect your approximate location (e.g., country, state/province, city) based on technical information such as SIM card and IP address. To enable Bluetooth connectivity, we may obtain your location information during your use of the Services.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We, our service providers, and our business partners use cookies and other similar technologies (such as web beacons, Flash cookies, etc., collectively referred to as "Cookies") to automatically collect information for statistical analysis of your use of our Services, to enhance your user experience, to optimize our Services, and to ensure security. Cookies are necessary technologies for some functions of our Services. Web beacons are tiny images or pieces of data embedded in images (also known as "pixel tags" or "clear GIFs") that can recognize Cookies, the time and date of page views, a description of the page where the pixel tag is located, and information about your computer or device.

When we process your information on the basis of contractual necessity or your consent, you have the right to data portability – that is, to request that we provide your information in a structured, commonly used, machine‑readable format and to transmit that information to a third party.
In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our processing of your information, including when we process it for the performance of a public interest task, for our or a third party's legitimate interests, or for scientific/historical research purposes.
